What a blessing 2006 has been! One of the highlights at Lake Cities has been our recent commitment to the missionaries and ministries with which we partner. Thus far, $96,412.22 has been committed in gifts and pledges for 2007. As year-end approaches you may find this to be a good time to make a tax year-end contribution for missions. If you have not already made a personal commitment to the local and global outreach efforts of our church, pledge cards are available on the table in the church foyer. Our prayer is that everyone will participate in our quest to take Jesus "Around the Lake and Across the Sea".

Please be in prayer for our missionaries during this special season. Remember the Williams (Italy), Brazles (Belgium), Emerys (Chile), and Cherrys (going to New Zealand). May God give us eyes to see the physical and spiritual needs of people around us and around the world!
