Marriage
March/April 2007
Marriage is not a culmination of a relationship but rather the beautiful beginning. Marriage is the oldest relationship known to man. Before parents, brothers, sisters, friends, co-workers, before all relationships there was marriage. And God considers the union between man and woman a holy relationship.
The scriptures give us insight into God’s strong views of marriage; but so does the Savior. Our great Groom, Jesus, loved his beautiful and broken bride, the Church, with a sacrificial love that is out of this world. He surrendered to the point of death so that we would never part.
Join Lake Cities as we consider Christ’s call for all of us to live married lives of surrender in this series on marriage, “All Surrender I”
